Swiss Water® Process uses the elements of water, temperature and time to create some of the most intriguing decaf coffee. First, they start with small batches of amazing coffee and green coffee extract. Then they add local water and a dash of loving attention by monitoring time and temperature until the coffee is 99.9% caffeine free.
Aroma: Deep chocolate with a nutty complexity.
Tasting Notes: Roasted hazelnuts, chocolaty balanced body and a long lasting finish.
Note: It is important to store your coffee properly to keep it fresh. Keep at room temperature, sealed in an air-tight container. Avoid plastic containers as your coffee's flavor may be compromised. Once opened, expect to use your coffee beans within a 1 week to 2 week period.
