NOW Foods Egg White Protein Powder
NOW Egg White Protein Powder is an excellent natural source of high quality protein. Their egg white powder is sourced exclusively from free run (cage free) chickens. It is fat-free and low in carbohydrates and rates as one of the highest quality proteins using the PDCAAS (Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score). Directions: Dietary Protein Supplementation: Add 1/4 cup (20g) of Egg white Protein powder daily to 12 oz (340 mL) of milk or other liquid. Mix and consume.
Liquid Egg White Substitution: Mix 2 tablespoons of egg white protein powder with 6 tablespoons of water to equal 2 liquid egg whites. This egg white powder is pasteurized which inactivates the avidin glycoprotein. Biotin fortification is not necessary for this product.
Ingredients: Spray-Dried, Cage Free Egg Albumin, Citric Acid (<0.3%), Bakers Yeast (<0.03%).
