Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a phospholipid that is a structural component of cell membranes throughout the body, but is most concentrated in the brain and cerebral cortex. Research has demonstrated that supplemental PS possesses the ability to enhance cognitive function, specifically improving learning and concentration.
