New Chapter Magnesium + Selenium & Zinc

This product helps to maintain and support normal electrolyte balance and helps in energy metabolism.

Recommended dose: Adults (> 19 years old): - 1 tablet, 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Magnesium (Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide [TRAACS] and Magnesium hydroxide) - 325mg
